As outlined in the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of your purchase (found here at www.youryardcoach.com, you are required to submit the work you've done in the program along with your refund request, no later than 60 days from the date of purchase in order to qualify for a refund.

Refund Terms & Conditions
We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Yard Coach, Inc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 60th day from your date of purchase.
